Wrappup allows participants to record discussions (“Recordings”) and simultaneously pin notes to the recording to mark relevant sections of the audio (“Highlights”) with information. Users can listen back to Highlights and add details to the associated notes. The audio is also processed by a speech to text engine to enable a speech search function, where Users can search through spoken words, and other transcript enabled functionality such as key work spotting, automated A.I. Highlights called “Smart Highlights” and transcript based playback. Wrappup provides analytics after the meeting using the speech transcript, information input by the User, and information that can be derived from audio processing. Wrappup is integrated with Google Apps for Work and Office365 as well as native mobile device calendar and contact functions. Users can also integrate with their Slack and Salesforce accounts in order to automatically push meeting links and summaries to those 3rd party platforms.
Users can record conversations through Wrappup’s mobile apps on Android and iOS. The mobile app may be used to record either face to face discussions or for telephone or teleconferencing discussions recorded via a VOIP outbound calling function. Users may also set-up auto-dial functionality (see next paragraph) from the mobile apps. Once a recording is completed, they are uploaded to Wrappup’s cloud, where they are processed, and made available for playback and sharing through either the mobile or web based applications. During a mobile based recording, subject to internet connectivity, transcription is processed live via cloud service provider and displayed on the device in real-time.
Wrappup has a calendar auto-dial-in function, where, upon user granting access to their calendar, Wrappup can scan for calendar events with teleconference dial-in numbers on the event description. Users may also add the Wrappup bot, [email protected] to the calendar invitation, and then our system will also look for dial-in information to record the conversation. If Wrappup is unable to identify a teleconference dial-in number in either case, Users can input the dial in number and conference code manually. Once a user turns on the auto-dial for an event, Wrappup will automatically dial into the call 1 minute before the scheduled time of the call as a passive listener in order to record the conversation. These recordings will appear in the user’s profile after the call has ended. After the call is ended, these recordings are uploaded to Wrappup’s cloud, where they are processed, and made available for playback and sharing through either the mobile or web based applications.
Wrappup can also host web conferences via webRTC on its web application and shared to participants through unique URLs. These webRTC sessions provide the basic functions of video conferencing and screen-sharing while automatically recording the conversation. After the call is ended, these recordings are uploaded to Wrappup’s cloud, where they are processed, and made available for playback and sharing through either the mobile or web based applications.
Recordings: When Users launch a recorded session with Wrappup, whether recording through face to face discussions, or via telephone, or via web interfaces, Wrappup will capture audio recordings. These Recordings and subsequent Recording Information are considered Personal Information and confidential. Recordings are stored in Wrappup’s Cloud Infrastructure which is built on top of third party cloud service providers Microsoft, Google, and Heroku. At the discretion of the recording Users or other Users who have been granted access by the recording Users, these recordings may be shared and accessed with both attendees and non-attendees of the session.
Recording Information: We will not view Recording Information or Recordings except as necessary to appropriately support the service or as required by law. Recording Information may include calendars, schedules, attendee lists, subject names, email addresses, names, session records, written notes, audio recordings, voiceprints, transcripts, and any other information created or used while in session. Wrappup may store that information to fulfill our obligation to our customers, but we will not use the information to send marketing communications for Wrappup services or third party offers to attendees. You should be aware that any personal information you record or submit while in session and utilizing the Highlight feature may be read, collected or used by the meeting organizer and other meeting participants. Chat logs are not stored or viewable by Wrappup and are only available locally to meeting organizers and attendees. We will not view Meeting Information, except as necessary to appropriately support the service and for the purpose of anticipating, diagnosing, supporting or resolving any problems that might limit or disrupt the quality of our customers’ service experience or as required by law. Once uploaded, audio recordings are encrypted end to end with AES 256 bit audio encryption. In order to playback the recording, Wrappup has a token based authenticated streaming mechanism which blocks playback from any unauthorized source. Wrappup servers are designed to deliver the services to the end user without any human interaction. The audio transcript is processed via SSL secured sockets through machine to machine transactions. All our other speech processing algorithms are also run by server to server communication.
Information We Collect
We receive and store information you give us when you use the Services. For example, we collect information when you: provide information to sign up for an account with the Services; provide information in your Account Profile; login and operate your account within the Services; or communicate with us by email for any purpose. Some of your information may be considered personal information (“PII”) under the privacy laws of the country where you reside. If you do not want us to collect and use your PII in conjunction the Services we provide you, please do not buy such Services. You can choose not to provide certain information, but you may not be able to use all of the Service features as a result. We also collect general, statistical, Non-Personally identifiable Information (“Non-PII”) including, but not limited to, technical information about your device, system and application software. We will not sell your PI to third parties. We may provide your PI to third parties, who we need to process or support your use of our Services.

You must also create a password to when signing up for our Service. Wrappup requires the non-optional information listed above in order to create and maintain your account.
Once you have registered and established an account with us and/or otherwise use our Services, Wrappup may record information about your usage, such as: frequency of access to account, frequency of conducting recordings or calls using Wrappup, the size of Member-generated content/storage capacity, the size of your contact list, the frequency of content sharing, and other activity in conjunction with Member's use of Wrappup.
How We Use Your Information
Wrappup will not publish any of your operational or profile data in any personally identifiable way. We DO NOT sell your PII to third parties or mass marketers. Unless you consent to the disclosure of your PII, only Wrappup and our affiliates, technical consultants, third-party administrators and other specifically permitted third-parties who enhance the functionality of the Service or who provide associated services. For example, we may work with agents to analyze data, operate promotions, provide marketing assistance, and/or provide customer service. These agents may have access to select portions of PII needed to perform their functions, but they may not use it for other purposes.
We use the PII that you provide to us in order to operate the Service, improve our Service, and communicate with you. If you provide us with your email address, we reserve the right to send you marketing and promotional emails. You may opt out of receiving such communications from the Service by following the instructions included with those emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your account with Wrappup or our ongoing business relations. You may also send requests about contact preferences or changes to personal information, including requests to opt out of sharing personal information with third parties, to our contact information below.
What Information Do We Share With Third Parties?
We will not share any PII that we have collected from you except as described below:
(i) Information Shared at Your Request
You can use the Services to share your User Content with third parties. For example, your calendar information will be integrated into your Account and so if you are invited to attend a meeting, or if you invite others to attend a meeting, your meeting recordings and recordings information may be shared with the other meeting attendees at your request (whether or not they are Account holders).
(ii) Information Shared with Our Services Providers
We may engage third party service providers to work with us to administer and provide the Services. These third-party services providers have access to your PII only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf.
(iii) Information Shared with Third Parties
We may share aggregated information and non-identifying information with third parties for industry research and analysis, demographic profiling and other similar purposes.
(iv) Information Disclosed in Connection with Business Transactions
Information that we collect from our Users, including PII, is considered to be a business asset. As a result, if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy or if we are acquired as a result of a transaction such as a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your PII may be disclosed or transferred to the third-party acquirer in connection with the transaction.
(v) Information Disclosed for Our Protection and the Protection of Others
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate: (i) to respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas); (ii) to protect our property, rights and safety and the property, rights and safety of a third party or the public in general; and (iii) to stop any activity that we consider illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

Storing your PII
Your PII is stored on servers located in North Europe (Ireland). Your billing support and customer support is handled from the United Arab Emirates and United States of America.
Children Online Privacy Protection
Wrappup does not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent. If we learn that we have inadvertently obtained information in violation of applicable laws prohibiting collection of information from children without such consent, we will promptly delete it. Please note that if you signed up using Third Party Account, you may have to access and modify the PII associated with your Third Party Account in order to modify certain of the PII associated with your Account. If you want us to delete your PII and your Account, please contact us at [email protected] with your request. We’ll take steps to delete your information as soon as is practicable, but some information may remain in archived/backup copies for our records or as otherwise required by law.
